F&B Manager: Lead Dining, Guest Experience & Team

Leonardo Hotels Edinburgh Murrayfield is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the F&B department while managing day-to-day operations through the engagement of the team. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel and the Leonardo Hotels estate, delivering memorable guest experiences in line with brand standards.

You will lead by example, be visible on the floor, and ensure KPIs are set and achieved.
