Great National South Court Hotel in Limerick seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the management team. This full-time role averages 42.5 hours weekly across 5 days with weekends and public holidays included.

You will lead a team of 25-30 and drive service standards across restaurant, bars and events while collaborating with kitchen and sales. HACCP trained candidates with strong leadership and English proficiency are preferred.
