F&B Manager - Guest Experience & P&L Leader

Locke is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager in Manchester to lead the F&B team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across operations. You will oversee staff, attendance, budgets and service delivery to maximise profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires solid hospitality experience, knowledge of wine/spirits/cocktails, and proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, stock ordering and reporting software.
