About the Role We're looking for a confident, personable Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities Create a warm, friendly and professional first impression for every guest Manage reservations and seating using OpenTable and Micros Build genuine connections with guests, recognising regulars and enhancing their experience Anticipate guest needs and ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit from arrival to departure Communicate effectively with the restaurant, kitchen and management teams (including dietary requirements, celebrations, and special requests) Maintain a clear overview of the dining room to ensure efficient service flow Handle phone and in-person enquiries with confidence and professionalism Be a knowledgeable point of contact, guiding guests around the venue and hotel Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge, plus benefitsAt Sea Containers London we are committed to giving our employees the skills and support required to deliver extraordinary experiences, and most importantly, to grow in their careers.
