F&B Frontline Leader: Drive Service & Memorable Events

NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello, part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations on the floor and behind the scenes. You will support the Food & Beverage Manager, supervise service delivery, mentor the team and ensure memorable guest experiences in a busy, high-end setting.

You'll be on the floor, organize events, and help drive initiatives that elevate service standards while maintaining cost controls.
