Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation within the Sports, Hospitality & Events industry, based in Stroud, has an exciting new opportunity for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued growth and increased demand across their catering and hospitality operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and wider hospitality team, the successful Food & Beverage Assistant will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across bars, hospitality suites, catering outlets and high-profile events.

The successful Food & Beverage Assistant should have:
- Previous experience within a food and beverage, hospitality, catering or customer service environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work on their own initiative
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and matchdays
- A passion for delivering exceptional visitor and customer experiences
- A commitment to sustainability, equality, diversity and inclusion
- A full clean driving licence

Our client is offering the successful Food & Beverage Assistant a salary in the region of £27,900 - £29,100 depending on experience, plus a fantastic benefits package including:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Saturday. Working hours are generally 9:00am to 5:00pm, although flexibility is required to support matchdays, evening functions, special events and the busy football calendar.
Please note: This role is subject to a background check and DBS check prior to employment commencing. A full clean driving licence is required, and a high degree of flexibility is essential to accommodate the demands of the football calendar, including evening and weekend working.
