Job Description
About the role 
A friendly primary school in Kenilworth seeks an Early Years Level 3 Practitioner to support their busy Reception class. You will assist with phonics, continuous provision and early assessment.
Start Date: May 2026 - Fixed until July 2026
Key Responsibilities- Support learning through play
- Assist with phonics groups
- Contribute to EYFS observations
- Maintain a safe environment
- Level 3 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
- Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
