Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant

Location: Blackburn

Length of Role: Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: £14.25 - £16.00 per hour

Type of Setting: Mainstream Primary School

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum

  • Assisting with classroom preparation, activities, and daily routines

  • Providing one-to-one and small-group support

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development

  • Working collaboratively with the class teacher and wider EYFS team

  • Experience working with children in an EYFS or early years setting

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
