EYFS Teacher

About the role:

justteachers are supporting a primary school in Rugby to recruit an EYFS Teacher. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school has a vibrant Early Years environment with excellent outdoor provision and a strong emphasis on developing confident, independent learners. Staff receive ongoing CPD and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality EYFS provision
• Support communication, language and phonics development
• Monitor children's progress through observation and assessment
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues

Pre-requisites:

• Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
• Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
• A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
