EYFS Teacher

GSL Education Leicester is recruiting for an experienced EYFS Teacher for a lovely Primary School in Leicester. The school works in partnership with children, parents, and the wider community to provide a broad and balanced curriculum that challenges children to reach their full potential. The Role:

The role is full-time, and you will be responsible for teaching a class of EYFS pupils. Duties will include planning, recording, assessing, and delivering lessons. You will need to meet the social and learning needs of pupils.

As an EYFS Teacher with GSL Education, you will:

• Have previous experience working with EYFS
• Be warm and enthusiastic, with good organisational skills
• Be passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for children

• Be ready to work as part of a team to help every student reach their full potential

As the ideal candidate, you should:

• Have QTS or equivalent teaching certification
• Have at least 1 year of teaching experience in EYFS
• Have great communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to liaise with parents, staff, and students, maintaining good relationships with all parties
• Be able to develop, plan, and execute a high-quality syllabus that engages students critically
• Maintain students' academic records and track their progress consistently
• Manage high levels of student attainment through strong leadership and supervision
• Monitor, evaluate, and intervene to ensure all students make expected progress
• Possess the ability to inspire and motivate students to grow and learn
• Provide a differentiated learning experience to ensure all students receive the help they require
• Have an updated CV with an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to obtain one through GSL Education
