EYFS / Reception Class Teacher

Overview

Aspire People is delighted to be working with a nurturing and well led primary school in Manchester who are seeking a Reception Class Teacher.

This school places a strong emphasis on early language, routine, and emotional development, and offers a warm, supportive environment for both pupils and staff.

The Role

• Full class responsibility in Reception
• Delivering high quality, play based EYFS provision
• Supporting children's early phonics, communication, and social development
• Working closely with experienced EYFS Teaching Assistants
• Observing, assessing, and tracking progress in line with the EYFS framework

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS with EYFS experience (ECTs encouraged)
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Is creative, patient, and nurturing
• Values structure, routine, and consistency
• Works well as part of a close knit team
