Responsibilities

Assist site leadership with day-to-day program operations, ensure the safety and well being of children, provide general program supervision, develop and implement curriculum, guide and support children in their social skill development. Must work in a fast paced environment as part of a team.

Locations and Hours

Extended Day operates at all Acton-Boxborough elementary schools and is open every day of the school year. Part time employees may work up to 19.5 hours per week. Morning shifts: 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.; after school: typically 2:45 - 5:45 p.m. or 3 - 6 p.m. Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, and 12:30 - 6 p.m. on Wednesdays. Please include availability in application.

Salary

$19.66 - $22.67 per hour, plus an additional $5.00 per hour on Wednesday early release afternoons between 12:30 and 6:00 p.m.
