Exposure Management Operations Lead - Strategy & Delivery

Chaucer is seeking a senior leader for Exposure Management in London to oversee operational processes and bridge EM with the Chaucer Technology Group. You will own the annual plan, ensure documentation, manage cross-team SLAs, and coordinate data sharing and reporting with the data team.

The role requires deep EM experience, catastrophe modelling knowledge, and strong communication to drive risk-reduction and regulatory compliance.
