als Experten für den Zugang zu Asylverfahren:

Koordination und Durchführung der Asylregistrierung;

administrative Unterstützung bei der vorläufigen Analyse von Einzelfällen (einschließlich Dublin-fällen);

Verwaltung des Informationsflusses und der Bereitstellung von Informationen;

Bearbeitung von Anträgen Ermittlung von Indikatoren für Vulnerabilität; und

Unterstützung bei Überstellungs- sowie Informationsbereitstellungsaktivitäten.

als Senior Programm- und Projektmanagement-Experten:

Beratung zu und Koordination der Entwicklung von Programm-/Projektanforderungen (einschließlich Änderungsmanagement);

Sicherstellung eines zeitnahen und relevanten Beitrags zur Gestaltung und Planung von Jahres- und Mehrjahresprogrammen;

Beratung zu und Unterstützung der Koordination und Organisation von Programm- und Projektaktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Durchführung und Überwachung von EUAA-Einsatzplänen unter strikter Einhaltung von Budget, Zeitplan, Qualität und Umfang;

Entwicklung und Implementierung fortgeschrittener Risikomanagementsysteme, -prozesse und -tools sowie Sicherstellung deren Integration in die operativen Planungs- und Entscheidungsprozesse;

Durchführung von Überprüfungen und Analysen von Organisationsstrukturen, Plänen, Verfahren, Prozessen und Ressourcennutzung durch Beratung zu Optimierungs- und Restrukturierungsinitiativen zur Steigerung der Betriebseffizienz und Ausrichtung der Aktivitäten an den Organisationszielen.

procedures to support its operations in Germany and across Europe for Dublin Regulation Expert (Profile 2), Access to Asylum Procedures Expert (Profile 6) and Senior Programme and Project Management Expert (Profile 18).

Access to Asylum Procedures Expert:

Support the development, implementation and coordination of asylum registration,

flow management and information provision-related offices, structures and processes.

Process registrations and lodging of applications for international protection, including identifying Dublin and/or vulnerability indicators, and follow up communication and supporting implementation of existing referral pathways.

Manage and address needs of arriving groups of applicants for international protection and contribute to a smooth functioning of the arrival in-processing in accordance with policy and procedures.

Support the implementation of Relocation activities.

Support the implementation of information provision to applicants and beneficiaries of international protection regarding the asylum and reception procedures, including to arriving groups.

Project Management Expert

Advice on and coordinate the development of programme/project requirements (including change management).

Ensure timely and relevant contribution to the design and planning of the annual and multi-annual programmes.

Advice on and support the coordination and organisation of programme and project activities related to the execution and monitoring of the EUAA Operational Plan, ensuring strict adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and scope.

Develop and implement advanced risk management systems, processes, and tools and ensure their integration into operational planning and decision-making processes. Conduct reviews and analyses of organisational structures, plans, procedures, processes, and resource utilisation, by advising on optimisation and restructuring initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and align activities with organisational.
