Experienced Composite Trimmer - Twilight Shift

The twilight shift is Monday to Thursday, core hours 4:30 pm to 3:00 am.

Role Responsibilities

• Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals.
• Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Read engineering drawings - an advantage but not essential.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements.
• Exhibit good verbal communication and listening skills.
• Follow instructions carefully.
• Work to tight deadlines.
• Remain calm under pressure.
• Adapt to a fast moving environment.
