As a Technical Business Analyst at Acturis, you will:
Work within one of five teams focusing on core system development, web solutions, or insurance product implementations
Assist clients in understanding the capabilities of the highly configurable Acturis System
Design and implement high-quality software solutions
Address technical challenges using structured and logical approaches
Gather client requirements, develop detailed specifications, manage complex implementations, and ensure quality standards are met. Support sales with technical proposals and presentations. Early responsibility and structured feedback will be part of your growth path.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years relevant experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- A 2:1 or higher in a STEM subject
- Strong academic background, including A-levels with an A in Maths
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Organized, practical, and logical thinking
- Proven ability to deliver projects and see tasks through
- Confidence and eagerness for responsibility
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially in client-facing roles
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and quick learner of new tools
