POTENTIAL EARNINGS £33,000 - £34,000 GROSS
We are now looking for sushi chefs to join an authentic Japanese kitchen.
Saga Japanese Restaurants runs three high-level restaurants in central London and seeks new talent to join their teams. Working with highly skilled and experienced chefs you will be a key member of the team, your job will involve;
- Ingredients. Fish, rice and vegetable prep
- Setting up and running a sushi station, organisation and cleaning and service
- Making high-end sushi using the best ingredients London has to offer
- Engaging and serving customers at the sushi bar
- Ordering and stock management, food safety and kitchen organisation
