Experienced Security Engineer

We are seeking an Experienced Cybersecurity Consultant with 4-6 years of proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions. You will work across a wide range of technologies, supporting not only corrective and preventive actions but also actively contributing to architectural decisions and platform evolutions.

The role involves greater autonomy and deeper client engagement, focusing on improving overall cyber resilience.

Job Responsabilities:

• Design and implement cybersecurity solutions in complex environments

• Lead solution migrations and technology upgrades

• Perform fine-tuning and continuous optimization of security tools

• Proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and misconfigurations

• Collaborate in the definition and refinement of security policies and controls

• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders on best practices and risk mitigation

• Support security in hybrid and cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, SaaS

Job Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows system administration

• Proven expertise in IP networking, routing, segmentation, and secure connectivity

• 3-6 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, integration, or architecture

• Practical experience with implementation and management of security tools across: o SASE / CASB: Netskope, Zscaler, Symantec o NGFW / VPN: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Forcepoint o WAF / ADC: F5, Imperva o IPS / IDS: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Forcepoint

Education and Training Skills:

• Academic background: o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field o Equivalent professional experience with advanced technical training will also be considered

• Certifications (highly valued):

o Intermediate to advanced vendor certifications: Fortinet NSE 4-5, Palo Alto PCNSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty o Recognized cybersecurity certifications: CISSP (in progress or completed), CISM, CCSP, CSX-P
