Experienced Sales Executive

Yeomans Toyota Worthing is seeking a Sales Executive to join our busy team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will be responsible for selling Toyota's range of new and used vehicles, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Maximize sales of new and used vehicles using an effective sales process while achieving optimal profit.
2. Accurately appraise vehicles offered for part exchange.
3. Maintain showroom displays to Toyota standards.
4. Prospect for new and used car customers regularly to generate additional sales opportunities.
5. Follow the sales process precisely and consistently.
6. Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers are briefed on vehicle operation and introduced to Aftersales staff for ongoing support.
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of all vehicle products, accessories, and competitive features.
8. Keep all customer and sales documentation accurate and up-to-date.
9. Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales and engage in department-run events.

Essential qualities include professionalism, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, and a full driving license.
