Due to an expanding workload, Central Engineering Services Ltd is recruiting an Experienced Machinist & Programmer for a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start.

As an Experienced Machinist & Programmer, your responsibilities will include:

Programming jobs from engineering drawings

Setting and operating CNC milling machines and/or lathes (Fanuc or Mazatrol controls)

Machining a variety of materials including carbon steel, aluminium, and stainless steel

Working to tight tolerances from both drawings and verbal instructions

Ensuring scheduled maintenance of machines and equipment

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in a similar machining role

Experience with Fanuc or Mazatrol controls

A proactive approach and ability to work independently or as part of a team

A genuine passion for engineering

Hourly Rate: £16.00 - £22.00 (based on experience)

Expected Hours: 40+ hours per week

Schedule:

Day shifts

8 or 10-hour shifts

Monday to Friday only

Performance bonus

On-site parking

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Location: On-site in Worcester (WR2 5EE)
