Operate machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances
Use gauges and measuring equipment to ensure product meets required specifications
To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams
Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards
Work as fully flexible team member within the company to maximise levels of production and quality
All quality procedures are adhered to, taking an active part in root cause analysis
Maintain full compliance with Howmet policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with the Howmet Guide to Business Conduct.
Encourage individuals to demonstrate the Howmet Values
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards
Demonstratable experience in an Aerospace Manufacturing production.
Experience in setting heading machinery.
Experience of working with Titanium, Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Mild Steel.
Demonstratable planning, organising and prioritising skills
High level of EHS knowledge and awareness.
