Key Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years as an Early Years Registered Manager (or equivalent leadership).
- Ofsted & Safeguarding: Proven experience leading an Ofsted inspection, with deep knowledge of the Early Years Inspection Handbook and safeguarding.
