Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble deli products according to established recipes and standards

Manage food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
Assist in the daily operation of the deli section, ensuring cleanliness and organisation
Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed
Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality control and consistency
Maintain stock levels by replenishing supplies and organising inventory
Support kitchen operations with food preparation tasks such as slicing, cooking, and packaging
Uphold health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
Previous experience in food production, kitchen operations or hospitality is highly desirable
Supervising or team management experience is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant procedures is essential
Experience in culinary roles involving food preparation, cooking, or serving will be beneficial
Proven ability to lead a team effectively within a busy environment
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and hygiene standards
