Experienced Conveyancing , Will and Probate Solicitor

Brian Kelly Solicitors is seeking to recruit an experienced Experienced Conveyancing , Will and Probate Solicitor to join its busy and well-established practice, preferably on full-time basis, though part-time will also be considered. The firm is particularly interested in hearing from Solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing, alongside Probate and Wills.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases and re-mortgages
• Drafting wills
• Administering estates and probate matters
• Ensuring compliance with Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations
• Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors

Requirements

• Proven 3+ years PQE in Conveyancing
• Strong practical experience in Conveyancing, Wills and Probate
• Ability to manage your caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of file management system.
