Locations: Multiple London venues including Canary Wharf, the City, Bank Street, corporate offices, schools, hospitals, and major event spaces

Pay: £13.21-£13.92 per hour (site dependent), paid weekly

Every day is different, and we're looking for enthusiastic, skilled Baristas to join our Front of House teams across the capital.

What You'll Do

As a Barista, you'll be delivering exceptional service and high quality drinks in busy, dynamic venues. Your responsibilities include:

Coffee Preparation

• Serve a full barista menu, including:
• Cappuccinos
• Lattes
• Flat Whites
• Americanos
• Single & double espressos
• Mochas
• Hot chocolate
• A selection of teas
• Steam and texture milk to a high standard, including dairy alternatives (oat, soy, almond)

Service & Operations

• Provide warm, engaging customer service
• Prepare and serve pastries, baked goods, and grab and go items
• Maintain immaculate hygiene and presentation standards
• Monitor stock levels and ensure coffee stations are clean & fully replenished
• Communicate clearly with the team during busy service peaks

Compliance & Safety

• Confidently manage allergens and dietary requirements
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
• Maintain consistent uniform and brand standards throughout your shift

What We're Looking For The ideal Barista will have:

• At least 6 months of barista experience in hospitality, retail, events or corporate environments
• A friendly, confident and professional approach
• Strong attention to detail - especially with coffee quality and presentation
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced setting
• A positive, can do attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Good communication and a customer focused mindset

Essentials

• Must be 18+
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Must be able to work across different London locations (you will choose shifts that suit you)
• Must maintain correct uniform standards each shift
• Must have reliable travel to venues - note: some early or late shifts may require alternative transport
