Job Overview
  • Own the Purchase Order (PO) process.
  • Maintain weekly PO logs, raise and amend POs via finance portal, provide feedback and guidance to operational teams.
  • Manage procurement activities for the Control Tower.
  • Support budget tracking for engagement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with finance, procurement, or PO processes.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer focus.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills; competent in Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
