Job Description

Requirements- Expatriate tax specialist with 4 years+ experience in expatriate tax
- Ideally, the candidate will have experience of both compliance and advisory work
- Tax return review experience is an advantage but is not necessary
- Ability to conduct tax arrival and departure briefings without supervision
- Experience of managing expatriate engagements, including being the key client relationship contact
- Experience of managing expatriate tax and social security advisory projects
- Working knowledge of international social security
- Good reporting writing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients via email, telephone and meetings
- Pro-active and organised
- Ambitious and keen to progress
- Managing the delivery of advisory projects, including managing and reviewing the work of junior staff
- Managing the expatriate tax return process across a large number of clients
- Co-ordinating overseas network in the delivery of work
- Attending meetings and driving follow-up actions
- Managing the client billing process
- Developing relationships with client contacts and assignees
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
- Supporting the team Director on expatriate tax compliance and advisory matters
