Executive Sous Chef - Michelin-Grade Maritime Kitchen

Silversea is seeking a senior culinary leader to oversee daily food preparation, menu planning, and station execution aboard our luxury ships. You will manage and mentor a team of Chef de Parties and Cooks, ensuring pristine presentation and adherence to recipes.

You will coordinate guest dietary requirements, engage with guests to collect feedback, and uphold strict sanitation and safety standards, while controlling inventory and labor in line with maritime regulations.
