Executive Sous Chef - Luxury Shipboard Culinary Lead

Silversea invites a renowned Executive Sous Chef to join our luxurious shipboard culinary team, acting as second-in-command to the Executive Chef as daily galley operations are led to deliver ultra-luxury dining. You will oversee menu execution, quality, and guest satisfaction while guiding a skilled crew.

In this role you will enforce the highest sanitation standards, manage inventory and waste, and collaborate with Restaurant Manager, Maitre d', HR and stores to ensure flawless service at sea.
