Reporting directly to the medical director of the sector on the Givisiez site, you will be responsible for the following main missions: Ensure the management of the medical direction of the center, provide support for the medical director's scientific activities, coordinate work meetings, and perform various tasks arising from the sessions: correspondence, transmission, and follow-up of files. Assist the medical director in managing medical staff. Organize events on behalf of the medical management of the center. Desired profile: You hold a federal vocational diploma as a commercial employee, and a federal certificate as a management assistant is preferred or an equivalent qualification. You have a proven professional experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, with a strong interest in the field of mental health. You can work with flexibility and autonomy. You are reliable, conscientious, and take on your responsibilities. You have an excellent command of standard tools.
