Executive Search Researcher - US Civil Construction - Executive Search boutique is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Executive Search Researcher to join their international recruitment company located in Central London. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver high-quality candidate research to support our clients within the Civil Engineering and Construction industries across the United States.

The Executive Search Researcherwill play a vital role in engaging with candidates through phone interviews and vetting processes. The ability to communicate and interact with candidates is crucial for ensuring the success of our executive search endeavours.
Role Responsibilities- Candidate Engagement and Vetting: The Executive Search Researcher will be responsible for proactively engaging with candidates, including conducting phone interviews and vetting processes.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the Civil Engineering and construction industries across the United States. Stay updated on industry trends, key players, and emerging opportunities.
- Client Research: Gather information about existing and potential clients within the specified industries. This includes identifying key decision-makers, company structures, and their hiring needs.
- Competitor Analysis: Research and analyse the strategies and strengths of competitors in the executive search space, providing insights for positioning and growth strategies.
- Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports and summaries based on research findings. These reports will be used to guide business decisions and support executive search efforts.
- Mapping of Talent Pools: Identify and map potential candidates within the Civil Engineering and construction sectors, evaluating their qualifications and suitability for various roles.
- Collaboration with the Director: Work closely with the Director to align research efforts with company objectives and strategies.
- Effective Candidate Communication: Effective communication and rapport-building with candidates are essential for success in this role.
- Research Skills: Strong research skills, including the ability to gather, analyse, and synthesize information from diverse sources.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and precision in research findings.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw meaningful insights from research data.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey research findings and insights to team members and clients.
- Confidentiality: High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Networking: Strong networking skills to connect with industry professionals, potential clients, and candidates.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and candidates in a professional and personable manner.
- Up to £30,000 base.
- Commission 20% to 25% of each placement made (average placement £25,000 to £30,000).
