Executive Reward & Pensions Leader

Midland Heart is seeking an experienced Reward Manager to lead the development and delivery of our reward, benefits and pensions strategy. You will provide strategic direction to the Executive Team and Remuneration Committee to ensure our offer is competitive and compliant.

In this high-impact role you will oversee governance of a legacy defined benefit scheme, drive benchmarking and market analysis, and influence pay decisions across the organisation.
