Overview

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in programme leadership, managing multi-workstream delivery, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities- Provide senior leadership for large-scale programme delivery from mobilisation to operational readiness.
- Oversee multi-workstream delivery, ensure timely milestones, budgets, and risks are managed.
- Align stakeholders across business units and functions; communicate progress to executives.
- Drive governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Proven experience in programme leadership and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
- Experience managing multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams.
