Executive Portfolio & Planning Leader

Threecolts LLC is seeking a senior portfolio leader to own planning, prioritisation, and tracking across the company. You'll translate priorities into measurable objectives and maintain a single view of major initiatives.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll run the company-wide planning cycle, surface risks early, and enable timely leadership intervention. The role includes building and maturing the portfolio governance and executive cadence as the business scales.
