Estelle Manor, a luxury rural retreat on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the estate-wide housekeeping operation across 108 rooms, suites, houses, cabins and public areas.

This senior role oversees 80+ colleagues, manages budgets and P&L, and partners with ownership to elevate standards and the colleague experience. The successful candidate will bring world-class luxury hospitality experience and a proactive, independent leadership style.
