Executive Lifestyle Coordinator - UHNW Principals
Location: Mayfair, London (Live-out)
Salary: £100,000 DOE
Hours: Full-time, flexibility required
We are seeking an exceptionally organised and highly attentive Executive Lifestyle Coordinator to support UHNW principals based in Mayfair. This role is ideally suited to a candidate with first-hand experience supporting private UHNW individuals, and a strong understanding of managing complex lifestyles, high expectations, and the dynamics of a private household environment.
This is not a traditional corporate EA role. The successful candidate will act as a trusted coordinator, ensuring the principals' daily lives run seamlessly. You will be forward-thinking, solution-driven, and meticulous, anticipating needs and managing the many moving parts of a busy private lifestyle.
The role requires absolute discretion, exceptional attention to detail, and a calm, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate longevity in previous UHNW roles, a strong sense of responsibility, and a genuine commitment to long-term support.
Candidates must be able to commute easily into Mayfair.
Key Responsibilities Lifestyle & Schedule Coordination- Oversee and manage complex personal calendars, ensuring schedules run seamlessly
- Anticipate upcoming commitments, proactively preparing the principals for engagements and obligations
- Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and lifestyle services
- Manage beauty, wellness, and specialist vendors (e.g., stylists, medical professionals, fitness, concierge services)
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries
- Ensure smooth logistics for both planned and last minute travel
- Maintain and update inventories, personal records, and contact databases
- Organise personal documentation, digital filing systems, and household records
- Liaise with household staff, contractors, and service providers
- Coordinate external vendors to ensure consistently high standards of service
- Assist with the planning and coordination of private events, social engagements, and entertaining
- Welcome and coordinate VIP guests where required
- Manage correspondence and assist with drafting communications where appropriate
- Organise mail, digital files, and cloud based systems
- Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and weekly updates for the principals
- Handle ad hoc personal errands and lifestyle requests
- Maintain oversight of ongoing lifestyle projects and ensure timely follow up
- Provide coordination and occasional coverage alongside other assistants
- Support ad hoc personal projects and lifestyle initiatives as required
- Minimum 5+ years' experience supporting UHNW principals in a private household or lifestyle capacity
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, ideally within private households or family offices
- Currently based in London with the ability to commute easily to Mayfair
- Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail

- Experienced in managing high touch service environments
- Calm and capable when working in fast paced, high pressure settings
- Exceptionally discreet, professional, and trustworthy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with household staff, vendors, and high profile guests
