The Open University is seeking its next Chief People Officer, a senior executive role reporting to the University Secretary. You will provide strategic leadership for our people, culture and organisational capability across a large, values-led organisation.

You will lead workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development and employee relations, shaping a comprehensive People Plan and working with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver lasting institutional impact.
