Executive Lead, Integrated Adult Social Care

Proud to Care Devon is seeking an accomplished leader to steer integrated adult social care across Eastern and Northern Devon. The role focuses on strategic and operational delivery, leading large multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safeguarding, quality and financial stewardship.

You will drive service redesign, workforce development and transformation programmes, deputising for senior leaders when needed and collaborating with NHS partners and local stakeholders to improve outcomes for Devon
