Executive Headteacher Role

We are looking for an inspiring Executive Headteacher to lead Newcastle Academy and one other school (to be confirmed), located in our North Staffordshire learning community. In this vital and unique role, you will be a standard-bearer for our core values of Excellence, Collaboration, Inclusivity, Empowerment, and Innovation. You will guide our school community with incredible energy and deep care, ensuring that children always remain at the centre of every decision.

You will partner with fellow Headteachers to pioneer Trust wide strategies and celebrate shared success. To help our students thrive, leaders must also thrive.
