Welcome to Windsor Academy Trust. We are a proud family of 15 schools across the West Midlands, providing an excellent education to 10,000 students. Everything we do is anchored in our unwavering moral purpose: to unlock the academic and personal potential of every young person.

We are looking for an inspiring Executive Headteacher to lead Newcastle Academy and one other school (to be confirmed), located in our North Staffordshire learning community. In this vital and unique role, you will be a standard-bearer for our core values of Excellence, Collaboration, Inclusivity, Empowerment, and Innovation. You will guide our school community with incredible energy and deep care, ensuring that children always remain at the centre of every decision.

Why join our family of schools?

We know that delivering genuine, transformative education requires us to nurture, support, and empower our leaders. When you step into this role, you become part of a collaborative and deeply supportive family.

A Culture of Co-creation

Our 2030 strategy, 'Co-creating Brighter Futures for All', sets the tone for how we operate. You will lead in an environment built on co-creation, where inclusion and collaboration drive our shared vision. You will partner with fellow Headteachers to pioneer Trust-wide strategies and celebrate shared success.

To help our students thrive, our leaders must also thrive. You will engage in high-level leadership development and collaborate with a brilliant network of peers across the Trust. We invest heavily in our staff talent so you can continue to grow, contribute to the sector, and refine your expertise alongside other exceptional educators.

Transforming Communities

This role is about driving profound civic impact across your school(s) and wider learning community. You will transform outcomes for your entire school community by raising aspirations and educational standards. We want you to champion social justice, break down barriers, and empower students to believe they can achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Are you ready to shape the future?

We are deeply passionate about the collective power of school trusts to make a difference and are committed to sharing what works. If you bring dedication, empathy, and a relentless focus on unlocking potential, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Come and help us co-create brighter futures for all.
