Executive Headteacher - Dual Primary Schools Leader

Ulcebystnicholas is seeking an Executive Headteacher to lead Whaplode and Weston CofE Primary Schools in Lincolnshire. This permanent, full time role carries the Leadership Pay Scale range of £51,773 to £122,306, with ISR 14-20, and requires a January 2027 start.

The successful candidate will drive school improvement, provide strategic leadership across both sites, and work collaboratively with staff, governors and families.
