Executive Head Chef: Lead 1 AA Rosette Kitchen & Events

Berwick-upon-Tweed-based 4-star hotel is seeking an Executive Head Chef to lead a kitchen serving a 1 AA Rosette restaurant, bar, room service and a dynamic events programme. You will report to the Group Executive Chef and mentor a brigade including a Head Chef, while managing budgets and upholding exacting culinary standards.

The role focuses on owning menu development, cost control and team development within a premium hotel environment, with strong emphasis on quality and guest experience for
