This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Head Chef to lead the full food operation at a beautiful country manor hotel near Skipton. The hotel is focused on developing a stronger farm to fork approach, with the long term aim of championing locally sourced Yorkshire produce across every part of the operation. This will be a journey, and the right Executive Head Chef will need to enjoy that process, understanding that the role is about building something properly, rather than rushing towards the end result.

You will need to build a strong kitchen team around you, create a positive working environment and bring everyone together with one shared goal, delivering excellent food, smooth service and a guest experience that reflects the setting, the produce and the ambition of the hotel.

Note: This role does not provide accommodation, therefore you must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the area.

Note: This role does not provide Sponsorship; to apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
