Executive Director, School Services & Growth

Fusion School Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ted Wragg Trust, provides catering, cleaning and commercial services to schools. The Managing Director leads operational performance, drives commercial results and growth, and reports to the CEO.

With responsibility for 250 staff and a £5 million turnover, the role blends commercial scale with a school-focused social purpose, requiring strategic vision, stakeholder leadership and a passion for service excellence.
