Executive Director, People & Culture & Transformation

The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service invites applications for the Executive Director: People and Culture, a strategic leader who will shape and deliver organisational strategy, culture and capability to enable sustainable delivery of justice.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the postholder will drive reform, rebuild organisational design, governance and empower leadership across the organisation, building high-performing teams aligned to SCTS values of service, excellence and respect.
