Executive Director, Payments Controls & Transformation

J.P. Morgan Payments is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Payments Controls Strategy and Transformation function. This high-visibility role shapes the strategic direction, socialises it with stakeholders, and mobilises the organization to execute on it.

It also oversees a Controls Assessment function to strengthen the control framework. The ideal candidate drives strategic initiatives, collaborates with senior leaders, and builds executive-level materials to support key decisions while
