As one of four Executive Directors, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation. Bringing together our people, culture, governance and heritage functions under unified leadership, you will help create a more connected, inclusive and high-performing organisation - one in which every colleague, volunteer, member and visitor feels a genuine sense of belonging and purpose.

You will already be an established senior leader with a proven track record of shaping positive workplace cultures, leading complex change and delivering through others. Confident navigating governance and organisational design at scale, you will bring the emotional intelligence, authenticity and strategic vision to inspire trust across a diverse community.
