Executive Director: Inclusive Arts & Theatre Leadership

Blue Teapot Theatre Company in Galway seeks a permanent full-time Executive Director to lead the organisational strategy, governance and operations. The role partners with the Artistic Director to deliver artistic, theatre and educational programmes, ensuring financial health and effective day-to-day management.

The Executive Director will work closely with the Board, oversee staff and volunteers, and drive partnerships with public and arts sectors.
