Executive Director, Global Strategic Business Development

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director, Strategic Business Development. The role drives global account growth, negotiates master service agreements, and shapes multi-year plans with cross-functional teams to expand enterprise value for biopharma clients.

You will partner with therapy strategy, operations, and delivery teams to deliver tailored, client-focused solutions and lead high-impact proposals and RFP responses. Travel to key client locations will be required.
