As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Executive Leadership Team.

The Role

This role is more than numbers; it's about ensuring financial sustainability while enabling care and services that truly change lives. You will be a key advisor to the CEO and Board; you will help set organisational strategy and drive sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Board through the Finance and Audit Committee, the Executive Director Corporate Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of MannaCare's corporate services portfolio. This includes Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Marketing & Growth, Assets & Capital Management, and IT & Systems.

You will oversee Directors across these functions, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, compliance, and community impact, while fostering innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance & Governance - Lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance, ensuring robust governance and strategic sustainability.
  • Payroll - Oversee payroll operations, workforce cost management, and system improvements, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
  • Procurement - Drive efficient procurement processes, vendor reviews, and compliance with policy and governance.
  • Marketing & Growth - Develop and deliver marketing, brand, and fundraising strategies to grow MannaCare's community presence and impact.
  • Assets & Capital Management - Lead asset planning, facility compliance, and capital investment strategies to support organisational growth.
  • Information Technology - Provide oversight of IT strategy, systems, cybersecurity, and digital innovation to enable staff and enhance service delivery.

About You

You are a values-driven leader who thrives on balancing commercial acumen with community impact. With deep expertise in finance and corporate services, you bring vision, resilience, and a collaborative leadership style that inspires high-performing teams

  • We are seeking a highly capable, CPA-qualified executive leader.
  • Senior leadership experience across corporate services in aged care, health, or community services.
  • Proven success in finance leadership, strategic budgeting, and compliance oversight.
  • Experience in marketing, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement to drive growth and visibility.
  • Knowledge of asset management, procurement, and IT governance.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to mentor Directors and senior managers.
  • A collaborative, consultative approach with high-level communication and influencing skills.
